Set Up a Singapore Company

Benefits of Setting Up a Singapore Company

Singapore adopts a unified and low corporate tax rate compared to many other countries. Qualified companies are also exempt from mandatory audited financial statements. These advantages make Singapore one of the most business-friendly countries in the world.

Free International Trade

As one of the world's top four financial centers, Singapore practices a free foreign exchange policy, attracting global investment and facilitating international trade. Companies can freely repatriate profits without additional taxes, making it a prime destination for foreign enterprises.

Singapore offers a low 17% corporate tax rate. Newly incorporated companies enjoy generous tax exemptions: 75% off the first SGD 100,000 of chargeable income and 50% off the next SGD 100,000 for the first three years of assessment.

There are multiple pathways to obtain Singapore Permanent Residency (PR). For example, after setting up a company, business owners may apply for an EntrePass or Employment Pass to gain legal residency in Singapore.
